Founded in 1994, HEI has 17 years of professional experience in the Vocational educational field. Currently located at 900 Bergen Avenue Jersey City in New Jersey, HEI has sound infrastructure allowing students to work freely on their class assignments and projects.

With the addition of a new financial office and completely new admissions office we will now be able to offer our customers an array of products, including new funding methods and lending institutions. We have also added a new director of Marketing and Funding.
